MICROBLADING

Microblading is a form of tattooing, although where tattooing goes 7 layers into the skin, microblading only goes into the top 2 layers. It's a semi-permanent eyebrow procedure using a specialist hand held tool which holds disposable micro-blades/ nano-blades. The pigment is implanted into the superficial dermis which allows the technician to create crisp, soft and natural-looking hair strokes. This treatment is perfect for those who suffer with hair loss, those who have over-plucked & those who have full brows but want to enhance and perfect their shape. Microblading is designed to look completely natural.
Microblading can last between 1-3 years depending on maintenance, skin type, medications, sun exposure & lifestyle. Pigments used are chosen to match the natural or desired brow color and skin tone will also be taken into consideration. To make sure they are perfectly matched to each individual.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
For your first Microblading session, the entire procedure should take about 2 hours. During this session, I will shape and style your brows for your approval. Then follow with pigment color selection. Once the you are satisfied with the choices, I will begin the procedure.
You will need to come in for a follow up visit in order to have any minor necessary touch ups. The second Microblading session takes place after 6-9 weeks after the initial session. This session will take approximately 1hour 30mins to complete.
Aftercare is given for both sessions, and your follow up is included in the initial price.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read carefully
I do use Emla cream for all my clients. On your first session you will feel very minimum or nothing at all, on your touch up you will feel more as the skin is still healing, so will be more sensitive.
Before you come for your procedure, you must be aware of the following:
Avoid alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen, coudamin and any vitamins (E) that may thin your blood for 72 hours.
No face scrubs or chemical peels at least two weeks prior.
Feel free to come in with your brow makeup on so I can see your every day look you prefer. Reference pictures of shapes and colors of brows are always welcomed. We will then work together to create the perfect brows!
Using Accutane - you must be off Accutane for at least a year.
If you have heart conditions or using heart medications (DOCTORS REFERRAL NEEDED)
If you have diabetes type 1 or 2 (DOCTORS REFERRAL NEEDED)
If you have any skin diseases or irritations (DOCTORS REFERRAL NEEDED)
If you have had Botox in the last 2 weeks you will need to wait.
You will have to rearrange your appointment if you have gotten a deep tan or chemical peels in the last 2 weeks NO SUN 30 days prior and post treatment (re-touch also). If you arrive at your appointment with a tan/sunburn you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited. I reserve the right to apply my own discretion if I feel that pre-procedure advice has not been followed.
If you get your brows waxed or tinted, get this done 1 week before the procedure. It is also recommended to wait at least 30 days to have them tinted/waxed after the procedure.
If you are allergic to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine you won't be able to go a head.
Anyone who has any serious medical conditions may require a doctors note (Please get in contact to discuss further)
Pregnant or breast feeding clients who want to be microbladed, you will have to wait until you have had your baby and completely finished breast feeding.
